This is the first of four forms that will need to be filled out in order to add a recording to the database. Please enter the data required as accurately and succinctly as possible in order to ensure a speedy transfer to the public site. All submitted recordings, review / comments and ratings are subject to final administrator approval which generally involves fixing data or formatting issues before the information is added to the public site.

NAME

Enter your name, newsgroup username, nickname, or internet handle. It is a required field. The title length can be up to 40 Characters.

EMAIL ADDRESS

This is a required field. We need this in case we have to contact you regarding a problem with the submission. Your e-mail address will not be given out or sold to anyone as we hate that tactic even more than you do. However, there have been many occasions in the past where a recording could not be submitted due to a lack of information. If there is a problem with your review and you provide a bad address, the review will be discarded.

AUDIO RATING

This is a drop list to select the audio rating of the recording. This field is not required, so if you just want to add an informational comment to a recording do not select a value and it will not affect the overall rating of the recording.

VIDEO RATING

This is a drop list to select the video rating of the recording. This field is not required, so if you just want to add an informational comment to a recording do not select a value and it will not affect the overall rating of the recording. This field is only available for video recordings and will not show for audio only recordings.

REVIEW DATE

This is an optional field for entering the date of the review, rating, or comment. While it isn't required, it does provide useful information and is encouraged that you fill in the date. The format for the date is YYYY-MM-DD.

COMMENT/REVIEW TEXT BOX

Once again, this is an optional field, however your fellow Rush fans would like to hear from you and what you have to say. The WYSIWYG editor will allow you to format your review as you would want it to be displayed on the website. It will also accept other html codes, but they may be edited by the administrator if it adversely affects the website. This field will accept a very large amount of text, so feel free to say what you want. However, any profanity, vulgarity, flaming, or other rude behavior will not be permitted, so please be respectful of each other.
