LeeGeddy
   (Audio - 7.5)

A pretty good recording from a video source. It's a bit echoey and lacks the overall clarity and the punch in comparison to many of the digital audio recordings from this great tour.? High end is quite nice, but Neil's drums are somewhat buried in the mix.?This show very good overall, and I really enjoyed hearing Geddy speak French to the Quebec City fans.    (2003-05-17)

The Digital Dan
   (Audio - 8)

Taken from a 1st gen video of the Quebec City show, the audio turned out to be a lot better than the video. Since the taper was high up on Geddy's side of the stage, the audio is pretty much a straight shot of the main speaker stack on the right side. The very beginning of "Tom Sawyer" and "One Little Victory" are cut, other than that this is the complete show from beginning to end. The capture is heavy and clean with pretty good high end and low end response. "La Villa Strangiato" sounds particularly good with the cymbals coming through really clean and great resolution in Geddy's bass. Alex has one of his longer rants of the tour talking about being awaken from his sleep, introducing the band to each other, and the various strange sounds going through his head. Geddy does his best to speak as much French as possible during the show, but admits that he only knows a little. All in all a nice sounding show that really stands out the louder it is played. Special thanks to Hemispheres007 for lending us is first gen video and his patience for putting up with my delays in getting the remaster finished! As with all Digital Reproductions releases, this is for free trade or blank media trade only. Please do not be a loser and try to sell or distribute for profit. Help keep the spirit of trading alive.    (2003-05-17)
