Ok. I know. MP3 SOURCE! MP3 SOURCE! MP3 SOURCE! But what came out was a damn fine audience recording by almost EVERY standard. I got the MASTER mp3 files (the raw unaltered files that my Archos Jukebox MP3 recorder produced that night) to SimpleMan and MY GOD did he give 'em a working over. Gave me several versions to choose from. I ultimately settled on this mix of the show which is a bit livelier, the bass is a little more prevalent without becoming too boomy and probably as good as this recording will ever get.? Now a word on why this show should NEVER be shared as an mp3 (whaaaa???) I don't know if any of you have ever made an .mp3 from an .mp3, but the generational loss makes the tape generational loss look like nothing! I share this show in shn format to preserve the master recording as closely as possible. Yes it was an mp3 source but this really is going to be one of the better recordings available from this tour. Geddy's vocals & Keyboards are clear as Day. Alex's guitar is clear and up front you can hear every single cymbal Neil hits! Don't judge this one till you hear it.    (2003-01-21)
