The Digital Dan
   (Audio - 9)

Taken from the original DAT master recording of the show, this is a complete concert in full digital glory. I initially didn't think there were two dat sources from the same show, but there most certainly was. The overall mixes are different too, each has their selling points. This source has tighter bass, almost to the point of overload in a couple places. But it doesn't have quite as much top end and atmosphere of the other source. Also, this is an incomplete source as Force Ten is missing. The tapers do a very good job of keeping surrounding fan noise to an absolute minimum. Makes for one of the best audience sources for the entire tour. Many thanks to Ash for donating this source and to the taper for authorizing DR to remaster the show for release. As with all Digital Reproductions releases, this is available for free trade only. If you see the recording being sold, you are being ripped off. Please keep the spirit of free trade going, don't buy or sell free trade recordings.

This is an excellent recording from a pure digital source and better yet, this show was the last time I saw Rush at The Omni. Frankly, I can't remember a thing about this show except for the ride on the MARTA (Atlanta's mass transit system) to and from the North Ave. station (GA Tech campus) to The Omni. The sound has that brute digital force to it much like "Target Mass Appeal-Platinum Edition". As Digital Dan has stated, there are TWO DAT recordings from this show, which is quite remarkable for 1992. Both shows contain great versions of Dreamline, Bravado and Subdivisions ala '92. If you have trouble finding these shows, please contact the webmaster for my email. I will make sure you can get a copy via a trade or for blank cdrs.
