The Digital Dan
   (Audio - 8)

What's this, two DR releases from the same show? What gives? Well, turns out there were multiple tapers at this show, and the two shows so far found have been unbelievably good. An incredible audience recording, one of the best from the tour. Pittsburgh has always been one of Rush's favorite haunts. Actually the mid-west as a whole because this is where Rush got their start, the first Rush concert with Neil was recorded in Pittsburgh some 16 years before this performance. The sound quality and the mix are as good as the best shows of the tour including the "Target Mass Appeal" and "That's Entertainment" shows. This is the full show, unlike "Orchestrate Illusions" which is missing a few tracks. The sound is better by a little bit, more dynamic. The only other difference is this source was recorded from the 20th row around stage center. So the ambient crowd noise is a bit louder, but never distracting. An excellent sound recording, expertly remastered for the best sound quality available. As with all Digital Reproductions recordings, it's only available via free trade and never for sale.
