Production Notes Again not a great show but when you but forth the effert to record it, it's worth of a fan release. Taper's Notes: This was my first attempt at taping, and I botched it -- sorry! Here's the problem: I tried stuffing all the gear into the pants, but, not being used to that much bulk (ahem!), I felt a little weird and asked one of my buddies to carry a piece or two. I figured I could just get it from him before the show. Unfortunately, we rode in separate cars and when I got in and found the seats, he was nowhere around. Time passed, no friend. Anyway, he didn't arrive until Jerry Stiller appeared. By then, I was mighty pissed, but didn't want to get up and go to the bathroom to arrange the gear and miss part of the show. So I just tried to put it all together in my lap and under my polo shirt. Thus moving in slow motion, I wasn't able to get things going until Red Barchetta. Then, having made the switch at the break, I wasn't able to get the MD open fast enough between the Drum Solo and Heart Full of Soul. Realizing the show was a loss, I decided to scrap it and just enjoy the rest of the night. I also promised myself that next time I'd carry all the gear and have a small flashlight. At any rate, I asked the Simple Man just to transfer it for me so I'd have a memento, but he was kind enough to insist it ought to be out there, so here we have it, fragment though it is. Thanks goes out to Xembla for the taping effort and the artwork. Thanks! This recording was produced by fans, for fans and is never to be sold. If you like this recording, support the artists and purchase their official releases! Released April 2006 on The Alien Shore - As is the Simple Man norm, this show will be traded freely to all comers.    (2006-05-20)
