Ron's Rush RoIO Guide
   (Audio - 7)

This is another relatively rare show. It?s rather typical of the HYF tour, and nothing really special happens on this night. The sound is quite good. There a bit of channel phasing, and the overall mix is biased towards the high end. But, with a bit of EQ, this show sounds great. All in all, it?s a good one.   (1999-04-01)

The Digital Dan
   (Audio - 6.5)

A pretty decent recording from the HYF tour.? Sound is a fairly good, but a bit heavy in the upper midrange and incredibly bright.? There is some minor channel phasing, but over all a very listenable show.? With some remixing this would be a very good representative of a loud, raucous Rush concert.? The crowed is very loud and very into the show as the signal begins to break up when the crowd is cheering the loudest.? At times it sounds as if this was recorded right in front of the PA system as all the sound effects have an above average amount of depth.? Given the mix, I would hazard to say this was recorded on Alex's side of the stage.? The sound improves over the course of the show and by the end is closer to a VG / VG+ show.    (1999-06-16)
