This is a good audience recording from the Power Windoze tour. While it may not compare to Mystic Dreams in sound quality, it makes up for it with the fact that it is the complete show. In fact, I think it has a better overall feel, and the few little nuances about Mystic Dreams that bothered me aren't even noticeable here. A little bit of talking can be heard on and off during the show, but it doesn't detract from the show at all. The coolest thing about it is the inclusion of Middletown Dreams and Grand Designs, songs played only on the Power Windows tour. Grand Designs is absent from Mystic Dreams. This is definitely one of the shows I listen to most. Very highly recommended.    (1999-04-01)

An excellent audience recording.    (1999-04-01)

This is probably the best Power Windows boot to have because it is a whole show. I think that the sound is only slightly worse than Mystic Dreams but the bass is slightly more noticeable which is a good thing. The main problem with the recording is that every so often someone criticizes Rush which is more annoying than if he was just talking!   (1999-04-01)

This one is an average sounding boot with treble to the maximum; only with this effect, you can hear the cymbals very clearly. You shall expect a very low bass. Besides the sound issue, there are others in the edition; “Mystic Rhythms” has one minute tracked in “The Trees” file; some secs of “Distant Early Warning” are tracked in “Mystic” file and then repeated in its own file. However, DEW is abruptly cut at 4:05. In addition, “Territories” sounds more distant and the last portion is tracked in “YYZ” file. Here, Alex’s guitar fails (mark 4:39) which produces a 14-second gap. This tune is paired with Neil’s solo, which at the same time is nicely paired with “Red Lenses”; but this one only has 2:00 until “Tom Sawyer” comes up. Again, edition made TS be tracked upon the next file “Overture / Temples of Syrinx”, and then what can be considered a medley between this tune, “Grand Design” and “In the Mood”, which is abruptly cut. Too much beer!    (2008-03-04)
