John DiBella

Excellent show from early in the tour, the release also includes Steve Morse's set, who was the opener for that show.    (2001-06-24)

Curtis
   (Audio - 3)

This is the most awful Rush bootleg that was ever SOLD (if you can believe that!) to fellow fans. Complete with tape hiss, tin can sound, drop outs, etc.. The tray liner claims that this was made from the master recording. That, I suppose, was the justification for selling it. Personally, I think it's a true representation of why buying is not a good idea. Do yourself a favor and forget you ever heard of it.    (2001-06-24)

Ron's Rush RoIO Review

This show comes from only a few days into the PoW tour. As such, the band is trying to find it?s stride on this tape. The set list is the same as it would remain throughout the tour, with the exception that Witch Hunt is played later in this show. Alex is plagued by string breakages on this night, with problems occurring on The Spirit Of Radio, Grand Designs, and a few others. This is still a great performance, though -- great for mid-80s Rush. This is a very good sounding audience tape. The mix is great, as is the EQ. The only problem is that it sounds several generations removed from the source, as there is a significant amount of tape hiss present. Still, one of the better full PoW tapes I?ve heard.   (1999-04-01)
