At least I know there're four different recordings for the Tokyo show. The one is an audience shot video (60min fragments) and the one missed to record middle half?of the show. Thus, there're two available complete audience recordings. The title called "Ikiiki Shiteiru (Sirius Records)" uses one of them which is pretty well circulated?one (named "Source #1 in this note). That one was taped by a Japanese Zepp trader and he made copies sometimes. And another, used for this release, was taped by anonymous guy and not circulated widely (Source #2) I think.?

Well, I would like to let you know why I made this title in spite of the existence of "Ikiiki Shiteiru". Although it is 3rd gen. and has a bit much hiss, the sound quality is significantly different and I like this one very much. Much closer and well balanced than Source #1.

Because I could not trace him today unfortunately, so the 3rd gen. analog cassette tape is the best available source at present.?

On the remastering process, I used a bit EQ and repair some dropouts and spike noises but did not use noise reduction. Seems the original master was on three sides of?90 min tape but the 3rd gen. tape is on one 120mins tape, there is un-repairable cut during Red Sector A and Distant Early Warning and followed that for disc split. I don't know why, the first 3mins30seconds of Red Barchetta (originally the top of side 2 on master tape) is monaural. I hesitated to make pseudo-stereo sound for that region but I only did lift up the volume level after all.

To make artworks, I used many pics from Japanese mags published in Dec. 1984 to Feb. 1984. They're all Nov. 21, 1984 pictures took by Japanese photographers and I expect most of you have not seen them.? Hope all you enjoy this release!
