This is one more for the way-back-boot collection. You almost don’t get a word of what Alex says when introducing “Stick It Out”, or in “Closer to the Heart”, we hardly know it’s the Spike Lee routine, until we hear the name. The clearest part is the overdubbed vocals in “Force Ten”, which interestingly hits you upfront. Despite these sound nuances, it seems that the audience was having a great time: “Spirit of Radio” and “YYZ” are just a sample of their response.   (2009-04-07)
