Taken from the DAT Master, this is an excellent quality audience recording. The detail is quite good and the instrument balance is just about perfect. The surrounding crowd is a louder than the crowds on the '90 or '92 Omni shows, but not enough to distract from the show. Geddy manages to get showered with "Boo's" yet again tonight when he mentions that he hadn't been in Atlanta since game 6 of the World Series (the Braves lost to the Blue Jays in 6 games in 1992). Lerxt then steps in with some of the worst one liners ever told a few songs later. The boys are definitely having a lot of fun on this night as Neil does the prop drums for Lerxt's bad jokes. Once again many thanks to the taper and to Rubicon for helping to bring the DAT master out for circulation.    (2001-07-22)

Helloooo........Another DAT Master recording from The Omni. This show along with the '90, '92 and '96 are some of the best DAT recordings out there. don't take my word for it, but if you have Target Mass Appeal-Platinum Edition, you'll know what I'm getting at. Once again, many thanks to Rubicon Productions for the source and getting the consent of the taper for letting DR remaster this wonderful show. I was fortunate to see Rush at The Omni for several tours and glad we've got these to share.    (2001-07-22)
