The Digital Dan
   (Audio - 7.5)

This is another audience show rescued from the oblivion of uncirculated status. While not the best sounding of shows, it is very listenable. It has a somewhat distant and compressed sound with the muted roar of the venue. I'm still amazed the Rush played a city like Normal, not one of the more populous places I've lived. The bonus material is another guitar scanner source, the end of the show with the entire medley. The quality is superb and very clean sound with almost no tape hiss to speak of with some occasionally short sections of bad reception. Altogether makes a quite curious package.    (2001-02-04)
