The Digital Dan
   (Audio - 7.5)

Another very good audience recording from the Presto tour. All the band members sound very distinct and clear as the recording really captures a powerful performance. The drums sound really tight on this recording, another reason why it is so much fun to listen to. The recording would be rated higher if the midrange wasn't as harsh at times. During other times, this is one of the better sounding shows from the tour. Since it is early in the tour, Superconductor comes after Show Don't Tell and Big Money is the encore and not The Spirit of Radio. The Big Money has a great drum solo ending! Makes for a more unique set list and a very desirable recording. As with all Digital Reproductions recordings, it's only available via free trade and never for sale. Just visit the trading links section to find people that will gladly trade this recording for free.    (2000-03-20)

Northern Reflections
   (Audio - 7.5)

The sound quality on this audience recording is not quite as good as THAT?S ENTERTAINMENT or A DIFFERENCE OF PERSPECTIVE but it rates in the VG+/EX- range due to the variation in sound quality. This recording makes a delightful addition to any collection as it is an early PRESTO show which includes an excellent version of THE BIG MONEY (?That?s Nice?!?) before it was replace later in the tour by THE SPIRIT OF RADIO. The artwork for this 1st Gen recording is by Bumblebee Productions and is quite appropriate.    (2001-06-23)
