The Digital Dan
   (Audio - 7.5)

A very good sounding show from the DAT Master. The audience is very well behaved, even silent during the songs. This makes for a very clear reception of the band and captures a lot of detail. The guitars are a low in the mix, presumably taped on Geddy's side of the stage. This is the only thing that detracts from the quality rating, otherwise it would be graded higher. The boys sound great tonight and the audience is very enthusiastic for this rare trip to the Canadian Northwest. As with all Digital Reproductions releases, this is available for free trade only. It should never be sold or purchased as it can be obtained from many different traders via free trade or blank media trade. Please keep the spirit of trading alive!    (2001-04-08)

Mok the magic man
   (Audio - 8.5)

Great show and very good CD set. The recording is very good all instruments are heard clear. It had been some 4 years since they had played Vancouver, presumably because on the Counterparts tour the Vancouver Canucks were well into the NHL playoffs and the old Pacific Coliseum may not have been available. GM place had been built since then. For whatever reason there were only about 8500 people at the show filling the lower bowel of the stadium. I don't think it was advertised quite enough as Vancouver is a rock and roll town and Rush usually draws more of a crowd than that. Overall a great listen and very entertaining.   (2004-09-10)

I was there with my WM D3 Sony Cassette, also! I was floor row 18 center, and MY recording is very balanced. It's cool to know so many other people tape shows these days!    (2007-05-13)
