Ron's Rush RoIO Review

The last night of the Presto tour! Rush finished this one off in sunny CA, and they deliver one heck of a show to finish off the tour.? There were no special surprises for the last night of the tour, but everything sounds quite tight, and as with all Presto shows, the real gems are Scars and War Paint. This is an OK audience tape. It?s typical of shows from this tour. The main problem is a lack of fidelity, but the overall EQ and mix are pretty good. It?s not the best Presto show, but it?s not the worst, either.    (1999-04-01)

Rush CD Bootleg List

From the last night of the tour. Unfortunately about as good as Presto tapes get. Not a bad audience recording, but not as good as other concert tours. Highlights: Scars, War Paint, encore medley. Fairly static setlists in this tour.    (1999-04-01)

The Digital Dan
   (Audio - 7)

An very good audience recording, but not one of the best from the tour.? This was Digital Reproductions 3rd? production ever back in the Fall of '96.? This show captures the boys at the end of the tour.? The good news is that they aren't out of steam tonight and deliver a very tight performance.? The sound quality is quite good, though not quite as good as some other Presto shows.?? As with all Digital Reproductions recordings, it's only available via free trade and never for sale. Just visit the trading links section to find people that will gladly trade this recording for free.    (1998-08-03)
